The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Rivers State has criticised what it described as the slow pace of governance in the state, warning that a looming constitutional crisis could disrupt public spending. Speaking with our correspondent, the State Chairman of the party, Chukwudi Dimkpa, lamented that governance, administration and development activities across Rivers State have
