The African Democratic Congress has declared its readiness to win elections in 2027, stating that it is not in the race merely to participate but to emerge victorious. The newly elected Chairman of the party in Rivers State, Chukwudi Dimkpa, made this known while speaking on the party’s plans and strategies ahead of the elections.
