The Abia State Government has approved the rehabilitation of Ibeama Primary School and the access road leading to the community of Nigeria’s first military Head of State, the late General Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi, in Ndume Otuka, Umuahia North Local Government Area. Governor Alex Otti gave the directive while responding to requests by community leaders during a
