The BBC reports that the unnamed man had said the marriage was intended to launder slush funds allegedly belonging to the former leader KIM DAE-JUNG.

But the district court in the capital, Seoul ruled that the man violated the honour of the deceased and the bereaved.

The judge declared that there was no ground for the rumour about the slush fund and the marriage between ninety-five-year-old widow of LEE HEE-HO and Doctor DRE.
