The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has threatened to suspend the operations of Royal Air Maroc in Nigeria over alleged persistent violations of consumer protection regulations and poor treatment of Nigerian passengers.
The aviation regulator accused the airline of failing to comply with passengers’ rights obligations, including complaints relating to delays, baggage handling and customer service.
The NCAA warned that stricter regulatory action, including the suspension of the airline’s operations in Nigeria, could be taken if the violations persist, reaffirming its commitment to protecting the rights of air travellers.
