Senegal finally wins the AFCON for the first time; defeats Egypt 4-2 on penalties

Liverpool striker, Sadio Mane took the winning penalty after missing an earlier spot kick in the fifth minute of the match. 

With this victory, Senegal joins the elite list of countries that have lifted the AFCON.
