All is set for the 2025/26 CAF Champions League group stage draw, scheduled to take place on November 3 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Nigeria’s representative, Rivers United, has been seeded in Pot 3 ahead of the draw. The Pride of Rivers secured their place in the prestigious group stage after defeating Mozambique’s Black Bulls 3–2 on aggregate in the second preliminary round.
With teams placed in pots based on their recent performances in continental competitions, Rivers United will face strong opposition from higher-ranked clubs once the groups are finalized. The draw will determine the path ahead for the Port Harcourt-based side as they continue their push for continental glory.
