Our correspondent Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that the aggrieved workers of Tai Local Government first stormed the council secretariat before moving to the DSS office as well as the Police Divisional headquarters in the area to register their complaints.
Speaking to newsmen, the leader of the workers, Nsaayo Wilson-Uetal complained that they have not been paid for over seven months.
Our correspondent reports that the protesting workers also took their protest to the palace of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Traditional Rulers in Ogoni, Godwin Giniwa to register their grievances.
