This was contained in a statement issued by the registrar of the University, Sydney Enyindah.
The statement said the postponement was due to the security situation in some parts of the state, which are under curfew at the moment.
Enyindah said a new date for the continuation of the remaining part of the First Semester examination shall be announced in due course.
