The Commissioner for Education, Professor KANIYE EBEKU gave the directive shortly after inspecting the level of construction at the school.
The Commissioner frowned at the abandonment of the project by the contractors despite receiving funds for the project.
He was accompanied on the inspection by the Permanent secretary and other top ministry officials.
