The final written address which was scheduled to hold today at the tribunal could not hold because parties involved appeared before the supreme court to hear an appeal by Governor WIKE and the People’s Democratic Party over the ruling of Appeal court on the matter which ordered parties to return to tribunal to hear the matter on its merit after tribunal had dismissed the appeal of AWARA.
We gathered that the tribunal adjourned till 2nd of October to give time for the hearing of appeal at the Supreme Court.
Our correspondent reports that counsel to the AAC Governorship candidate, TAWO TAWO who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria objected the Chairman of the Supreme Court panel, Justice MARY ODILI over her alleged affiliation with the Peopled Democratic Party.
The Supreme Court adjourned the matter indefinitely.
