The Paramount Ruler of Rumuagholu in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, Eze BEKWELE WELI ATAM made the call in an interview with our correspondent.
The traditional ruler is of the view that the frequent cancellation of elections have helped to caution tension and fuel violence.
He also called for the massive security deployment to rural communities that are most prone to violence during elections.
Eze WELI ATAM also urged the youth in Rivers State to be peaceful in their conduct to enable INEC conclude the elections.
