The Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Ngozi Nma Odu, has urged women in the state to always give their best in every sphere of life.
Professor Odu made the call in her goodwill message to mark the 2026 International Women’s Day.
She encouraged women to continually strive for the good of society by contributing their best efforts at all times for the benefit of their children, spouses, neighbours, and the larger community.
According to the Deputy Governor, the positive impact of such commitment would ultimately reflect back on the women themselves and help promote the overall development of society.
