C.P ODESANYA said no policeman has the right to extort motorists and other members of the public while on stop-and-search operations.
The Commissioner of Police also called on the public to take note of any policeman who engages in extortion and to report same to the nearest Divisional Police Headquarters for appropriate disciplinary action.
