The APC alleged as part of the plan to encourage Senator Magnus Abe to destroy the party congress, a matter which has been prepared and kept under wraps by the office of the Chief Judge will be assigned to a vacation judge to handle, with the intention of issuing a restraining order.
The APC in a statement read by its spokesman in Rivers state, Ogbonna Nwuke, accused the River state governor, NyesomWike of plotting to destroy its congress using Senator Magnus ABE and the State Judiciary.
Nwuke added that the use of Henry Bello in the recent fight against former PDP National Chairman, Uche Secondus has revealed that Governor WIKE is using Magnus ABE against APC in the state.
