Noruwa who spoke during a meeting of the South South Zone of Nigerian Union of Pensioners, expressed worries that state governments have failed to implement the pension increase of six percent of 2003, fifteen percent of 2007, and thirty-three percent of 2010 and harmonization of Pensioners pay which he said has caused untold hardship to families.
