Justice JOHN OKORO and Justice NGWUTA both of the Supreme Court had fingered AMAECHI in an alleged bribery and corruption scandal.
Speaking with newsmen in Port Harcourt, the State Publicity Secretary of the PDP, SAMUEL WONOSIKE said the party in the state has been justified about its argument that the former governor allegedly misappropriated state funds.
WONOSIKE further said there is a moral burden on President MOHAMMADU BUHARI to prosecute all those mentioned in the statement of the two Supreme Court Justices.
He however called for the resignation of AMAECHI as the Minister of Transportation, adding that his resignation will give room for proper investigation of the allegations.
