He was speaking at the commissioning of a flyover in Osisioma Ngwa local government area of Abia state yesterday.
The Governor also berated those who are castigating some governors for demanding for their rights in the scheme of things within the people democratic party.
On his part, Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu described governor Wike as the father of all flyovers, most qualified to commission the project.
