Among the applications considered by the Appeal Court panel presided over by Justice A.A GUMEL is one challenging the denial of bail to the accused person by the State High Court.
Also considered is another application in which OJUKAYE FLAG-AMACHREE is challenging the jurisdiction of Justice MARGARET OPARA of the State High Court.
After taking all the application today, the Appeal Court panel advised all parties to file and serve all written addresses within seven days.
