Our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR gathered that the people of Obelle had last week visited the Emohua council chairman to draw the attention of the state government to renovate their schools.
The Chairman of the Community Development Committee, FRANCIS EKWUEME said the condition of schools in the area could get worse if nothing was done to rehabilitate them.
The Obelle community CDC chairman also wants the government to help fix the abandoned Ibaa-Obelle-Isiokpo-Elele access road, which he said has become a dead trap for commuters.
FRANCIS EKWUEME is the Chairman of Obelle Community Development Committee in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.
