Nepal has been worst hit with homes and bridges destroyed after days of torrential monsoon rains although water levels are now slowing.
The worst-hit district was Pyuthan, two hundred and fifty kilometres west of Kathmandu, where dozens of houses have been swept away.
Scores of people die every year from flooding and landslides during the monsoon rains in Nepal and neighbouring India.
