NLC issue warning to Rivers state Govt pay attention to plight of public school teachers been paid their salaries for months.

The state chairperson of NLC, BEATRICE ITUBO who gave the warning in an interview with our correspondent, said the delay in the payment of salaries of teachers could result to an indefinite strike.

ITUBO was reacting to the outcome of the biometric exercise of the state government in which hundreds of teachers have been denied their salaries ranging from two to five months.
