Speaking in a live television programme monitored from Port Harcourt, Pantami lamented the large number of applicants that throng the offices of the National Identity Management Commission.
He complained that some of the citizens who visit the office of the NIMC office are those whose names are not part of those to be captured but they still go and stay at the gates, and will refuse to leave the gate if ask to leave.
The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy particularly emphasized that ninety percent of the large crowds in Abuja or Lagos, are those who were not part of those invited to be captured.
