This is according to the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami.
Pantami said no fewer than one million, five hundred and fifty thousand threats to public websites and portals were recorded daily.
He noted that the figures increased to six million, nine hundred and ninety seven thousand, two hundred and seventy seven on presidential Election Day.
