Speaking with newsmen in Port Harcourt, the immediate past Commissioner of Lands and Survey in the state, EZEMONYE EZEKIEL-AMADI said the location of the military facility in the area would enhance security in Ikwerre land.
EZEKIEL-AMADI also the War College will boost socio economic activities in the area and the state in general.
EZEMONYE EZEKIEL-AMADI who is also a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, used the medium to laud former Governor ROTIMI AMAECHI for his foresight in attracting the project to Ikwerre land and the Chief of Defense Staff as well as the Chief of Naval Staff for building the college in the area.
