This is according to a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, NNAMDI OMONI.
OMONI stated that the State Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department has concluded investigation into the killing of CHUKWUMA.
He said the Suspects are to be arraigned on three count charges of Conspiracy, Armed Robbery and Murder.
ELEJE CHUKWUMA, a delivery agent for online shopping platform, Jumia was gruesomely murdered on the 25th March around Ada-George area of Port Harcourt.
