Justice Iyayi-Lamikanra also gave statistics of cases brought before the courts in the state including 8,494 brought fourth, 4,373 disposed and 8,714 pending cases at the state High Court.
The Chief Judge who spoke at the special Court season to mark the beginning of 2020-2021 legal year equally revealed that 1,209 cases were dispensed while 96 are pending at the Customary Court of Appeal.
At the Magistrate Court, she disclosed that 19,345 were brought fourth, 7,482 were dispensed while 2,866 cases were brought fourth, 312 dispensed and 3076 and seventy six pending at the Customary Court.
