Leadership of APC in Elele Town, Ikwerre LGA Rivers State Threatens to Recall Wihioka From House of Representatives

This is because the leadership of the All Progressives Congress in Elele town in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State has threatened to recall WIHIOKA from the House of Representatives.
The Elele APC Caucus comprising Ward Implementation Committee members; women and youth leaders, as well as elders of the party, issued the threat against Elder CHIDI WIHIOKA after its leadership meeting.
In a joint statement obtained by our correspondent, the Elele APC Caucus accused Elder WIHIOKA of misrepresentation, and also threatened to recall him from the National Assembly.
The Elele APC stakeholders accused the Federal Lawmaker of impersonating the leadership of the party and taking decisions without authorization.
They further alleged that Elder WIHIOKA neither attend meetings nor contribute to the growth of the APC, just as they advised him to reconcile with the party structure at all levels.
The group advised the APC and the general public, including Senator MAGNUS ABE, to stop indulging CHIDI WIHIOKA by referring to him an APC leader.
The Elele APC Caucus affirmed their loyalty to President MUHAMMADU BUHARI, the Minister of Transportation, ROTIMI AMAECHI and CHIBUIKE IKENGA as leaders of the party.
The statement by the group was signed by a former Minority Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly, ELECHI DIKE and twenty other APC stalwarts from Elele.
Meanwhile; Elder CHIDI WIHIOKA’s spokesman, Prince BOMS OBILOR has dismissed the accusation and threat against his principal.
OBILOR maintained that for true democracy to reign in the Rivers APC, everyone must enjoy the right to contest for any position without hindrance.
