This followed a ruling by an Appeals Court which nullified an earlier order by a lower court, blocking the printing of the ballot papers.
The matter concerning the printing of ballot papers was referred to the court due to a controversy over the manner in which the contract was awarded to Dubai-based Al Ghurair.
Whereas the high court had said that the tender should have been awarded through public bidding, the appellate court judges said the high court erred by not considering that the election was only few weeks away.
