INEC’s National Chairman, Professor MAHMOOD YAKUBU, disclosed this during a stakeholders’ meeting in Benin City.
Professor YAKUBU who was represented by the Resident Electoral Commissioner, SAM OLUMEKUN, said the commission had just been informed of the advice and would have to study it before any decision would be taken on it.
