One Godswill Nwuke and thirteen others who were sacked by the company had dragged Pentagon Security Limited to the Court over unpaid seven months salaries.
Ruling on the application, the Presiding judge, Justice Z M Bashir struck out the application and ordered that the parties should enter into full trial to enable them determine the merits of the matter and thereafter adjourned till, 17th of January, 2022 for commencement of trial.
Speaking to Today Fm’s Uchendu Ejiowhor outside the courtroom, counsel to the claimants, Godspower Azuowu after narrating what transpired in court, said they are ready to commence the trial.
Counsel to the defendant declined to speak to newsmen.
