Ifeanyi Osuji, speaking from the witness box, insisted that the first defendant in the case, Ifeanyi Ayogu used matchet on him during interrogation.
Osuji told the court that the Police had charged four of them to court after torturing them at the Police, remanding them in prison, before the court found them innocent of the allegations.
Our Correspondent Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that Counsels to the dismissed Police Officers objected to the picture evidence but the trial Judge Justice, Florence Fiberesima in her ruling admitted the picture as exhibit in the case before adjourning the matter to the 29th and 30th of March, 2021 for continuation of hearing.
