Wike, who stated this during a media chat with journalists in Port Harcourt, yesterday, said those who have not offered anything depend on security agencies to help them rig elections.
The governor said what he needs is to be able to perform and win an election and that elections can only be rigged by those who have control over the electoral materials, of which he is not one of them.
Governor Wike said the massive outcry over the elections does not validate the point of the critics.
He also denied working against Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, and queried why the former Anambra State governor failed to publicly acknowledge his contribution to his emergence as the Vice Presidential Candidate to Atiku Abubakar of the PDP in 2019.
