President TRUMP is expected to propose an initial five point nine billion dollars in aid.
This was made known by Vice-President MIKE PENCE, during a visit to Texas, where he assured victims of the historic flood disaster that the American people are with them.
However; Texas Governor GREG ABBOTT said the state might need more than one hundred and twenty-five billion from the federal government.
So far, thirty-nine people have died in the Harvey storm and its aftermath.
