Hearing will continue on the fourth of April in a case before the Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, challenging the candidature of LEO ANYANWU of the APC for Omuma State Constituency re-run.But that will be after the re-run legislative elections in Rivers State have been concluded on the 19th of March.Our correspondent CHINEDU IWUNNA suffered a delay due to the withdrawal of Justice ENEBELI, following which the case has been assigned to a new judge.The case against LEO ANYANWU was filed by ENYINNA NWANKWO who had contested the APC primaries for Omuma State Constituency.
