The governor gave the assurance while commissioning the Dental, Maxilo-Facial, ENT and Opthalmological Hospital, at Ogbum-Nu-Abali, by Rebisi Flyover, Port Harcourt.
He said that no matter the cost, the interest of the people remains paramount.
Governor Fubara also thanked Rivers people for their support ans vowed that his administration will be firm and pursue its policies and programmes without any fear.
