The Managing Director of the NDDC, Samuel Ogbuku who spoke at the 2024 Moot and Mock Trial Competition, emphasized the crucial role of legal education and the legal profession in nation-building and community service.
Ogbuku encouraged participants to engage in intellectually stimulating arguments, highlighting the region’s peculiarities and canvassing solutions to guide future law making.
On his part, the Commission’s Chairman, Chiedu Ebie, highlighted the need for more investment in the education of Niger Delta youths in reducing restiveness in the region.
