The Vanguard for Justice, Equity and Strategy also wants the NJC to compel Justice ADOLPHUS ENEBELE of the Rivers State High Court and the Speaker of the State Assembly ADAMS TABOTORI-DIMA to swear in the duly elected APC members.
The group criticized Justice ENEBELE and TABOTORI-DIMA for the delay in the swearing in of VICTORIA NYECHE and ANDREW MILLER as state lawmakers.
You will recall that NYECHE who is representing PHALGA constituency one is yet to be sworn-in following a legal action constituted against her by a group known as Integrity Group over a forgery allegation.
In a statement obtained by our correspondent, the spokesman for the group, JEROME ALALI-GREEN condemned what he described as unwarranted and flagrant disobedient of the Rule of Law and display of impunity by the state House of Assembly.
The group said it will be the height of injustice and flagrant abuse of court process to deny the two APC members of their constitutional rights, after they have been successful elected by their constituents.
