The National Working Committee of the APC had announced the National Vice Chairman, South-West to take the place of suspended Adams Oshiomole, but the Deputy National Secretary, Victor Giadom is also laying claim to Oshiomole’s position following a Court order.
But a Lawyer, Daniel Bwala argued that the exparte order which the acting Deputy National Secretary, Giadom is relying on to assume the position of the Acting National Chairman has since expired.
On his part, the former second Vice President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Monday Ubani Monday Ubani insisted that the Court Order appointing Giadom to act must be obeyed, adding that the APC has to cross all legal hurdles before going into the Edo and Ondo elections.
