This was the message the Deputy Corps Marshal of FRSC, OJEME EWRHUDJAKPOR took to a meeting with stakeholders in Rivers State today.
OJEME EWRHUDJAKPOR told the gathering in Port Harcourt that the move is in compliance with a directive from President MUHAMMADU BUHARI.
He said enforcement of the directive would begin on Nigeria’s Independence Day on 1st October this year.
The FRSC Deputy Corps Marshal said the objective of the speed limiting device is to reduce road crashes and enhance the safety of road users.
In his remarks; the Zonal Commander of FRSC, JONAH AGWU challenged commercial transport operators to ensure that their passengers and goods arrive safely at their destinations as a means to ensure that their businesses grow.
