Fresh Attcks As Gunmen Wipes off close to a Dozen in Rivers Community

 
Our correspondent LEVI ISU reports that nearly a dozen people are feared killed in renewed violence that started last night.
 Most of the deaths were recorded in ONELGA headquarters town of Omoku, as well as Obigwe community.
 
A source who spoke to our correspondent from the Local Government council said trouble started around 9PM last night when gunmen stormed Dan Street on kidnapping mission.
Our source said a senior official at the council sustained gunshot wounds and was rushed to hospital for treatment.
So far, nine persons have been reported killed in the gun violence in Omoku and Obigwe.
