Former Inspector-General of Police Suleiman Abba has officially defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Jigawa State.
Abba’s defection marks a significant political shift ahead of the 2027 general elections, as the PDP continues efforts to strengthen its presence in the state.
