CHINDAH urged the current PDP Administration in the state to stop looking for whom to blame and also to avoid playing politics with the agricultural sector.
The former Agric Commissioner expressed displeasure about the decision of the PDP Administration to abandon agricultural initiatives of the past government, including the Shonghai Farm Project, Fish Farms and Banana Plantations.
EMMANUEL CHINDAH, who spoke with newsmen in Port Harcourt, also explained that the four billion naira agric loan disbursed by the past government was almost paid up, except for a balance of one billion naira.
EMMANUEL CHINDAH was responding to claims by the Commissioner for Information and Communications, AUSTIN TAM-GEORGE that the state was experiencing security challenge and financial crunch because of reckless spending by the former governor, ROTIMI AMAECHI.
