The Chairman of the Schools Board, DAVID BRIGGS had set-up a committee headed by IGNATIUS ONWUKA to determine whether the contractors lived up to expectation in the execution of the projects.
Addressing newsmen in Port Harcourt; IGNATIUS ONWUKA said the Committee on Implementation and Recovery of Looted Fund invited all contractors and fixed dates of meetings with them.
IGNATIUS ONWUKA lamented that most of the contractors did not execute the projects awarded to them despite receiving mobilization fees from the past administration.
