FG Warns Against Examination Malpractice

The Federal Government has warned parents, teachers, school proprietors, principals, invigilators and students against engaging in examination malpractice.

The warning was contained in a statement by Ikharo Attah, Special Adviser on Media and Communications to the Minister of Education, Tunji Alausa.

Attah said the Federal Government had introduced measures to strengthen examination integrity as part of President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to restoring standards and repositioning Nigeria’s education system.

According to the statement, Alausa issued the warning during a meeting with the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, NAPPS, and other stakeholders in the education sector.

The Minister stressed the need for all stakeholders to support efforts to protect the credibility of examinations and uphold standards in the country’s education system.
