FG to offer license to Niger Delta youths to invest in Artisanal refinery

Minister of State for Environment, SHARON IKEAZOR disclosed this at an event held in Port Harcourt.

IKEAZOR said that the Federal Government took the decision to discourage those who engage in illegal refining fondly called kpo fire.
