The Special Adviser to the President on Amnesty Programme Retired Brigadier General PAUL BORO disclosed this in a news conference in Abuja.
BORO said ten thousand of the ex-militants will trained in Agriculture while the remaining three thousand will undergo training in oil and gas.
He called on the authorities in the Niger Delta states to carry the ex-militants along in their developmental projects.
