President MUHAMMADU BUHARI is scheduled to meet with a group of Niger Delta stakeholders led by Chief EDWIN CLARK, which included thirteen traditional rulers from the region.
There are however indications that the entirety of the Niger Delta region is not in agreement on the mission of the select group and a ten billion dollars proposed development plan for the region by the Federal Government.
