The Minister of Aviation, HAIDI SIRIKA said the policy will ensure that business people are prevented from incurring more cost in the course of the businesses.
The Minister was speaking in a television programme monitored from Port Harcourt.
The Minister also challenged local airlines to develop the numerous routes across the country.
