Presiding Judge, Justice Adamu Mohammed fixed the date after parties argued and adopted their final written addresses.
The PDP argued that the ADP violated the provisions of the electoral act and held their party primaries outside the approved venues by law and that INEC was wrong in including the names of the candidates in the ballot.
But counsel to INEC and that of the ADP who refuted the claim that their clients violated the electoral act, asked the court to dismiss the suit for incompetence.
Today FM’S Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that Justice, Adamu Mohammed also fixed 7th of October, 2022 to deliver judgment on a suit filed by the PDP against Africa Democratic Congress.
